We are a diverse group of architects, BIM coordinators, BIM managers, certified passive house designers, coders, civil engineers, designers, parametric architects who are passionate about design and digitalisation.

We bring the concept of multi-consultancy to the next level by integrating all design disciplines within one authoring tool. Our work is based on ISO19650 OpenBIM workflows to deliver BIM Level 3 services worldwide.

airc.design supports all aspect of the AECO industry worldwide, working with all design disciplines to develop OpenBIM based BIM Level 3 models. We use Archicad to centralise the production of the BIM model associated to analytical software such as DDSCAD (MEP), SCIA (structure), SOLIBRI (clash detection) and TWINMOTION (rendering) for all types of building including: /culture /education /health /hospitality /industrial /mixed-use /office /residential /retail /urban design.

Our People

Abdoul Aziz Diallo

/BIM intern /Civil Engineer

Born in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo, Abdoul grew up in Guinea, where he developed a passion for the construction world. After obtaining a baccalaureate in mathematical sciences, he pursued studies in civil engineering, building, and public works, earning a professional degree in 2020. Abdoul then completed internships in construction management before working as a junior structural engineer, and later as a structural engineer on several projects in Conakry. In 2022, he had the opportunity to participate in project management assistance for the extension and renovation of a French High School in Conakry. In 2023, after the completion of this project, Abdoul decided to pursue his dream by enrolling in a master's program in digital and environmental transition in building at the CNAM (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers in France).

Albert Picazo

/BIM Manager /Technologist

After graduating as an Architectural Technologist from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in 2013, Albert started his career in London. Throughout the years he learned, worked, and developed his skills in Architectural Technology to meet British Standards, Regulations, and Construction Methodologies. At the same time, he developed an extensive theoretical and practical knowledge of BIM standards, methodologies and software, completing a Master's Degree in BIM Management in 2017. Two best practices accomplishments in the ISO19650 during his time at NetZero Buildings are a testimony of his proficiency in BIM methodology.

Baiba Ruke

Holding a Master’s degree in Interior Architecture and Design from the University of Lincoln, which she graduated from in 2014, Baiba is an interior architect passionate about creating designs that are both functional and visually impactful. Since 2011, Baiba has worked internationally, specialising in residential, commercial, and retail interiors. Her design philosophy centres on projects that respect both the architecture and the context, using premium materials and bespoke design solutions. With a strong focus on detail, technical expertise, and effective management, Baiba brings innovative and thoughtful designs to life, ensuring each project exceeds expectations.

Cornelia Tuglui

/Certified Passive House Designer /Architect

After finishing her Architecture degree followed by her PHD in Bucharest (Romania) and four years leaving and working in Denmark, Cornelia moved to the UK in the Oxfordshire area. Before joining airc she worked for 13 years in the construction sector, mainly on residential projects. During this time she tried to keep her creativity alive by being involved in several architectural competitions and artistic projects (art exhibitions, children books illustration, etc.). Wanting to challenge the recurrent energy crisis that humanity faces, Cornelia certified as a Passive House designer in 2023. She now advocates for the incorporation of energy efficiency and sustainability principles in all projects at airc and beyond.

Jaime Ingram

/Operations Director /BIM Lead /Architect

After graduating as an architect in Spain, Jaime worked in Panama before moving to the UK to develop his architectural career as an early user of BIM and digital tools to improve the delivery of the build environment. Architect specialized in bioclimatic design and energy efficiency through building information and energy modelling, he is an experienced BIM manager working on innovative ways to coordinate the different consultants' information models, developing clash detection and rule checks systems to deliver fully compliant designs in line with ISO19650.

Jamal Uddin

Jamal is a XERO Certified Advisor with vast experience of Finance and Accounting. Variety of experience in Aviation, Construction, Transport, Retail and e-commerce industry. Fond of Cricket, Football and Wrestling.

Ligita Brege

/Spatial Designer

Coming from a family of sculptors, Ligita’s interest in art and design developed naturally from a young age. She holds a Master’s degree in Spatial Art and Design, which she earned upon graduating from the Art Academy of Latvia in 2014. Since 2011, Ligita has worked in the architecture and design field both in Latvia and internationally. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in multidisciplinary spatial projects, including interiors, architecture, urban design, and art installations. Her design thinking and problem-solving approach have earned her international recognition. Ligita’s work has been featured in several design magazines across Europe.

Marta Fritsch

/Senior Technical Architect /Advanced Archicad User

Graduating as an Architect and Urban Designer, Marta worked in Hungary before moving to the United Kingdom. Her passion for design-led technical details benefits all our projects and ensures the best outcome(s). She particularly enjoys working closely with clients, engineers, consultants and all people involved in the projects to develop advanced and coordinated digital twins. She has extensive experience in educational and residential sectors, working across all work stages as an advance BIM and digital design tools user. Marta enjoys projects that are community led, ethically strong and well considered from all angles.

Nader Belal

While studying architecture at the University of Alexandria (Faculty of Engineering, Department of Architecture, Egypt) Nader took his first step towards OpenBIM and Architectural Digital Programming as an early adopter. Moving to Spain after graduating in 2002, he had the opportunity to progress his career and get insight on digital design optimizations and project administration. His digital programming skills are key for many projects and clients worldwide.

Nick Cheng

/BIM Coordinator /Architectural Designer

Nick is an Interior Architect with a multidisciplinary design background. After graduating from university, Nick’s career has led him to work in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Melbourne and London. With experience in sectors such as FF&E, Retail, Events, Exhibitions, Stage Design and Architecture, Nick developed a passion for Design Modularity with a focus on Value Engineering and Design Optimisation, benefiting procedures outside of the design process, such as procurement, manufacture, logistics, installation and waste reduction.

Pierre Saunal

After graduating as an architect and urban designer from Toulouse Architecture School in 2006, Pierre developed his career in Toulouse, Paris and London, working on international projects. Together with growing-up in Scotland and Ivory-Coast, the progression of his career gave him an open-mind which he considers essential to design meaningful places. Pierre is regularly invited to speak on the topics of OpenBIM and AI, including at Digital Construction Week in London, BIM World in Paris and the Saudi Giga Projects Summit in Riyadh.

Saloua Dlimi is the Co-founder of Lenio, bringing 15 years of rich experience as an International Trade and Investment Expert. With a strong background in business development, she has expertly navigated bilateral and multilateral trade negotiations, facilitated business operations, and organized high-profile international B2G and B2B conferences worldwide. Saloua played a pivotal role in the final negotiation rounds of the UK-Morocco Association Agreement, spearheading its implementation in Morocco on behalf of the UK Government. Her expertise extends to working with multinational corporations across the US, Canada, the UK, Japan, and China, driving investments into Africa.
