We build Digital Twins.

What is a Digital Twin?

A Digital Twin is an exact replica of a building. The word ''twin'' refers to the similarity between the real building and its digital copy. The real building and the digital building are twins, exact replica of each other.

The process of creating a Digital Twin can be applied to all built assets of the built environment, from a city to an object such as a chair. The Digital Twin is made of data and information embedded in a 3D model.

The Digital Twin is used during the entire life cycle of the built asset. It allows to test options, coordinate the design, monitor the construction and operate the built assets up-to its retrofit or disassembly.
How do we build them?

The Digital Twins we build are based on E57 point cloud surveys provided by building surveyors. The model is produced in Archicad and follows the NBS LOD standard of your choice.

We build Digital Twins for existing and proposed built assets at all design stages, from securing the funding to operating the asset. The digital twin is shared using BIMx Technology. You can visualise it on any device.

The digital twin is cloud based and includes all the project's data such as 3D, 2D drawings, specifications, etc. It is possible to navigate the project as if you were playing a video game.
